Fernandez arrived at TBA’s Los Angeles office at the start of 2021, advancing each year, and now serves as the agency’s Director of Marketing and Artist Development. In her three years at the company, she has been a part of creating and executing successful marketing strategies for the agency’s roster, including Courtney Barnett’s inaugural Here and There Festival, JUNGLE’s North America stadium tour, and Faye Webster’s critically acclaimed ‘I Know I’m Funny haha’ album touring cycle. When not overseeing touring, Coco is working hand in hand with the Partnerships team to bring forth meaningful brand opportunities that elevate their artists in a larger landscape and champion their authenticity.
Nettwerk Director of Digital Marketing and Strategy
Domenico DeCaro is the current Director of Digital Marketing & Strategy at indie record label Nettwerk Music Group. He is also the former longtime Marketing Director for Spaceland Presents, The Echo, Echoplex and The Regent Theater where he oversaw the marketing of 600+ live music events every year in the LA area for close to a decade. In his time at Nettwerk Music Group he has been key in leading partnership discussions and artist activations with Spotify, TikTok, Meta, Youtube, Snapchat, VEVO, Bandsintown, Audiomob, Discord, Nowhere, Feature FM, Tradable Bits, Twitch and many other platforms. Domenico has also helped oversee and facilitate significant digital growth as well as larger activations for newer Nettwerk signings such as Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness, Missio, The Album Leaf, Geographer, Together Pangea, and Foreign Air across key platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Youtube. At Nettwerk he also oversees a team of 7 digital marketing experts who work across a roster of 100+ artists on the label and helps with all touring and live music marketing initiatives for the label.

Victor Valle is President of Siempre Agency and marketing professional who emphasizes in strategy, planning, ad buying, writing and design in tech, music, entertainment, non-profit, and agency sectors. He has led marketing campaigns for companies like Google, Live Nation, Insomniac, Lyft, United Way, Black Lives Matter, and beyond with a data focused approach that utilizes storytelling as a main driver.
Founder Gasolina
Sal Moreno is an LA event producer known for his long-standing and nationally touring Reggaetón party Gasolina. These parties helped to usher today's wave of Reggaetón, Dance-hall, and Latin sounds to the greater club scene- while also showcasing the unique sounds and styles of each city that the party passes through. In addition to hosting his own events, Sal is a managing partner for Greater Marketing LLC, spent years growing and marketing HARD Festival, and a former talent buyer for Live Nation.
